Job Description

The role will involve: registering  and enrolling learners, providing essential learner support, updating the Tutor Support system (LSE), reviewing learner progress, , working towards key performance indicators and meeting targets, conducting examinations (National Tests, ECDL/OCR), Supporting Skills for Life and ECDL learners.

Person Specification

The ideal candidate will have experience of all learndirect systems, audit requirements and providing learner support on the learndirect LSE system. The successful candidate will be Level 3 qualified in Literacy and/or Numeracy. Knowledge of Microsoft applications is essential.
