Telephone Training Advisor

Full or part time permanent position.

12-17K pa (pro rata) bonus scheme, pension.

Contacting employers in priority sectors to generate leads, make appointments or recruit learners for government funded training programmes. Industry sectors include:

• Construction
• Hospitality
• Health and Social Care
• Manufacturing
• Warehousing and Distribution

Where’s The Job?

The job is primarily based in the Nottingham office.

What’s Expected?

The role will involve making and taking calls, sending information by email and post, completing paperwork, updating an electronic diary system, and meeting targets for calls made and outcomes achieved. A generous bonus scheme is in place.

What Experience Do I Need?

Ideal candidates will be able to demonstrate a proven record in business to business telemarketing, generating sales leads, and good ICT skills. A knowledge of the priority sectors including:

• Construction
• Manufacturing
• Health and Social Care

Warehouse and Distribution would also be an advantage.

What About Training?

Following a comprehensive induction programme in the company's policies and procedures, you will shadow an existing member of staff to learn the particular skills and knowledge required for your own job role.
